These terms cover orders placed through kellyskillerpopcorn.com. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed and paid for through Square, our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card details; Square handles that directly. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you're charged, plus any applicable tax.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, for reasons that include a pricing or listing error, a payment that doesn't clear, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund it in full.

Shipping

We ship within the United States at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are just that, estimates, not guarantees; once a package ships, delays with the carrier are outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale pricing is available to approved accounts only. Applying for a wholesale account doesn't guarantee approval; we review every application by hand. Wholesale terms, including minimums and payment terms, are set separately and may change; the current terms at the time of your order are the ones that apply.

The site

We've done our best to keep the information on this site accurate, including flavor descriptions, ingredients, and pricing, but mistakes can happen. If something on the site is wrong, including a price, we'll fix it and make it right rather than hold you to the error.
