Privacy Policy

Kelly's Killer Popcorn LLC ("we," "us," "Kelly's") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

Order information. When you place an order, our payment processor, Square, collects your name, shipping address, email, and payment details to process the transaction. We don't store your payment card information ourselves; Square handles that directly.

Account information. If you create an account to track orders or reorder faster, we collect your email address. We use passwordless sign-in, a link sent to your email, so we never store a password.

Wholesale application information. If you apply for a wholesale account, we collect your business name, contact details, and, if provided, your resale certificate or tax ID.

Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site, such as which pages get visited and where visitors come from. This is aggregate usage data, not information that identifies you personally.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfill and ship your orders, communicate with you about your order or account, review wholesale applications, and understand how our site is performing so we can make it better.

Who we share it with

Square processes payments and stores order and payment information as our payment processor.
Shippo generates shipping labels and provides tracking for your order.
Google Analytics receives anonymized site usage data.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing kellyskillerpopcorn@gmail.com. If you created an account, you can stop using it at any time; deleting your account does not delete your order history held by Square, since Square is the system of record for orders.

Cookies

Our site uses basic cookies to keep your cart working and to sign you in if you use an account. We also use analytics cookies, Google Analytics, to understand site traffic.
